Guidelines introduced for dog training, adoption

The Rehoming and Adoption Workgroup has released two sets of standardized guidelines to improve dog rehoming and adoption practices, as well as dog training and behavior rehabilitation.

These pave the way for enforcement for humane training of dogs, barring cruel techniques that cause dogs anxiety and pain.
