1,200 alleged animal cruelty and abuse cases investigated each year since 2017


1200 animal cruelty and abuse cases were investigated in Singapore between 2017 and 2020. About 30 per cent of 260 odd cases were related to animal cruelty, while the rest involved pet owners who failed in their duty of care. As animals do not have a voice, the onus is on us to protect them from abusers. Don't stay silent.
